1. GENERAL TERMSAll commissions will include my signature which you may not remove.Prices are subject to change based on demand, difficulty and detail of the commission.I have the right to decline any client or commission.2. PAYMENTCommissions will be paid in USD and can be paid through N/A. Please do not send in an order form/payment before we have discussed what you are looking for me to draw.Payment is paid 50/50. Half of the payment will be paid after approval of the sketch, and the other half will be paid after the piece is finished.3. PROCESS AND DELIVERYYou are able to ask for a work-in-progress (WIP) of your commission at any point. I will negotiate with you and make sure you are happy with the WIP. If you are not satisfied with the WIP, I’ll be happy to make changes for you within reason, e.g., I won’t change the character or draw a drastically different pose.The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work/commissions.If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYDo not claim the artwork as your own. Please credit me if you use or post the artwork.You may not claim the artwork as your own.You may not remove my signature from the artwork.5. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICYThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
